The inflation rate usually increases in a healthy economy. And there is nothing negative or innately wrong with inflation on its own. However, the problem begins when inflation and an increase in income do not go hand in hand. In other words, when the cost of goods and services increases but the pay does not increase within the same range, it begins to create economic stress on the individual, and by extension, on the middle-class demographic of the country.

The government of any country, especially that of a developed one, must recognize downward patterns and statistics, and make policy changes in accordance with the same. A good government is one that makes policies and implements them successfully to benefit all strata of society. This does not seem to be the case with the US government.

London workers talk about the realities of in-work poverty and the difference be paid at least the real Living Wage can make.

This company owns the world (and it's our fault) - BlackRock

BlackRock: the company that owns the world. You may have never heard of them, but I guarantee they're having some kind of impact on your life, your debt, the cost of things in the world around you, and even our environment.

I wanted to create a little bit of a different video here, to shine some light on some of the reasons the world is the way it is, especially in regards to the economic state of things.

Sometimes, you might think that debt, credit, ownership, and prices are just the way they are by accident. But here, I'll show you that due to the way the world is owned, a lot of this is on purpose.

This is scary. Really scary. And what's concerning is BlackRock (and their main competitor Vanguard) is only getting more and more powerful by the day. But the good news is, the power is in our hands.
